Kate Middleton Has Arrived at Fortnum & Mason Wearing a Blue Coat by Missoni

Kate Middleton Has Arrived at Fortnum & Mason Wearing a Blue Coat by Missoni, Kate Middleton Blue Coat, The sun is shining, spring is in the air and what better way to kick off the month of March than with a dose of Middleton-ness? That's right, Kate fans, the Duchess of Cambridge is in our fair capital bright and early this morning to visit Fortnum & Mason with HRH.

She's continuing her royal duties without William, but for this engagement, Kate has the Queen and the Duchess of Cornwall by her side. The trio have just been greeted at the luxury store by Mayor of London Boris Johnson where Queenie will unveil a plaque to mark the renovation of Piccadilly.

Kate is wearing a collarless blue coat with two yellow daffodils pinned to her lapel in honour of Saint David's Day. We've just had confirmation from our palace sources that the coat dress is by Missoni. She's topped off the look with sheer nude tights and ladylike grey suede heels by Rupert Sanderson — the very same Malone pumps that she wore at The Order Of The Garter Service.

Of course, the DoC has already nailed several solo outings in recent months. First, she popped into the National Portrait Gallery for a preview of the Lucian Freud exhibition wearing a grey coat dress by Jesire, which caused a fashion frenzy as her loyal followers (including Grazia Daily!) frantically searched for its origins. Then she stepped out at Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool swathed in a knee-length Hobbs coat, followed by a trip to Oxford when she wore another fit-and-flare number, this time by Orla Kiely.

And there's more to come! On March 8th, Kate will join the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on a trip to Leicester that will launch the royal jubilee tour.
