A.J. Hawk cuts his famous locks for kids with cancer

A.J. Hawk cuts his famous locks for kids with cancer, NFL player sheds his famous long locks, Green Bay linebacker A.J. Hawk drastically changes his look to support kids with cancer. Green Bay Packers' linebacker A.J. Hawk will no longer have golden locks peeking out from underneath his helmet every Sunday. He cut his hair and donated it to "Hawk's Locks for Kids." Hawk and his wife are partnering with Wigs for Kids, a charity that makes wigs for children who have lost their hair to chemotherapy.

"No child should have to feel ashamed of themselves due to a disease. We are hoping to raise enough money and hair donations to change many lives!" Hawk said through Twitter.

Hawk, who had 53 solo tackles and 1.5 sacks in 2011, said he plans to hold an event in June to get more money and hair.
