'Ideal' woman revealed via surgery requests, ‘Ideal’ woman revealed through plastic surgeons’ most popular requests, The Australian Marie Claire magazine compiled surgeons' most popular requests into a single image of a woman. Want Anne Hathaway's eyes? Natalie Portman's nose? Scarlett Johansson's lips? Join the club. In its April issue, Australia's Marie Claire magazine spoke to leading surgeons around the world who said the most requested surgeries over the past 12 months include the above, as well as Taylor Swift's wavy hair, January Jones's apple cheeks, and Halle Berry's pronounced jawline.

Gathering all the data together, the mag created a photo of the "ideal" woman's face, which could almost be mistaken for a younger version of "Revenge" star Madeleine Stowe.

Surprisingly, none of People's most beautiful women of 2011 appeared on the list. Those faces include Jennifer Lopez, Katie Holmes, and Sandra Bullock.

And despite being commonly referred to as the most gorgeous woman in Hollywood, Angelina Jolie didn't make the list either. (Neither did her leg.)

Is this progress? We wouldn't go that far.
