No, that's not a line from our Sci-Fi Pop-Star fan fiction -- it was (for many) the highlight of the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards, a moment commanded by voters who wanted their Bieber drenched. Look for first lady Michelle Obama's reaction in the audience: She laughs and gracefully dodges some slime herself. Now, we have a hunch that they had to let Justin know he was getting slimed (or at least his handlers did, so they could make sure he didn't have his phone in his pocket), but he does a pretty great job of looking surprised and once the slime hits, you can't fake that reaction.
