AskMen's Most Desirable Women Over 30, While females in their twenties definitely have it going on, some might say that a woman hits her prime in her thirties. AskMen.com's 99 Most Desirable Women of 2012 list includes several women over the age of (gasp!) 30. Check out the Top 10 here: 1. Sofia Vergara, who portrays "Modern Family's" spicy matriarch Gloria, is 39 ... and oh so fine. But the Colombian beauty is much more than just a pretty face. She'll make you laugh, too.

2. Kardashian not most desirable woman over 30, A 39-year-old TV actress who is as funny as she is beautiful outshines the reality star on AskMen.com's list. While Kim Kardashian has her fair share of haters, she clearly has more fans. How else would she have turned her TV "fame" into a multi-million dollar empire?

3. Everyone -- including Prince William -- is crazy about the lovely Catherine Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, who turned the big 3-0 in January. She's classy, and not just in the ways required of her royal title!

4. There's just something about Zooey Deschanel! Men want the quirky actress-singer, while women want to be her. She's like the Ryan Gosling of women. Someone should introduce them.

5. Natalie Portman's got beauty, brains (she earned a B.A. in psychology from Harvard), and an Oscar, which she won for her performance in "Black Swan." She's the total package, and somehow seems to be getting more adorable as she gets older.

6. British Kate Beckinsale, who has starred in such action flicks as "Underworld" and "Van Helsing," is simply breathtaking. Most 20-year-olds would kill to look like her.

7. Let's face it, unless something really dramatic happens to her appearance, Jessica Alba will probably be on AskMen.com's Most Desirable list for the next 10 years. The brunette beauty has landed a spot on the coveted list every year since 2006. She should get a medal, seriously.

8. Former "Entourage" stunner Emmanuelle Chriqui oozes beauty appeal, that's probably why she was named AskMen.com's Most Desirable Woman of 2010!

9. 2011 wasn't the best year for Minka Kelly. Her new show, "Charlie's Angels," was canceled after just four episodes and her pro baseball playing beau Derek Jeter broke up with her. (They've since rekindled their romance.) Still, even when things aren't exactly going her way, Minka gets to wake up in the morning and see that gorgeous face staring back at her in the mirror!

10. Is there anything more attractive than a woman with a sense of humor? "Saturday Night Live" scene stealer Kristen Wiig is not only hilarious, but she's cute, too!
